Production characteristics of pneumatic nail device:

Adjustment procedure of pneumatic nail device:

Adjustment of air cylinder of pneumatic nail device:

2. Adjust the position of the ejector pin of the sizing cylinder for optical adjustment. The adjustment feedback only ends with two photoelectric devices. Stop before and after the cylinder is in place. The photoelectric element slowly switches on and off, and then just light the flashlight to fix it.

Precautions for maintenance of pneumatic nail equipment:
1. Place the straightened wires one by one on the cable rack, and plug the pins to prevent accidents caused by wire falling off.
2. Arrange the wires on the cable rack in sequence, and pull them into the main bearing of the splicer through the sheave, clamp plate and cleaning clip.
3. Remove the upper plates of the three sets of rubber molds together with the rubber bucket, and lead the neatly arranged lines from the lower plate of the rubber mold to the third straightener and tractor. Finally, fix the flat cable on the storage wheel, hang the belt, adjust the distance, close the upper and lower glue molds, inject glue into the glue bucket, adjust the gap between the glue molds, pay attention to check whether the flat cable is neat without distortion and crossing, and whether the gap between the two clamping plates is appropriate. The motor can only be started at low speed after it is normal, and see if the flat cable can be pulled. If it cannot be pulled, the first possibility is that the traction pinch roll is not tight enough, and the second possibility is that the gap between the plywood and the rubber template is too small, but if it is too loose or too large, the splicing belt cannot be flat. When everything goes well, open the gluing switch to release glue, start the traction motor to slowly drag the tape, and observe the gluing and drying conditions. Before work and production, the heating device shall be started to make the temperature meet the requirements. The thermostat can be adjusted between 0 and 140 degrees. If the temperature rise is not high, slow down the traction speed. If the glue is too much or too little, you can adjust the two screws on the upper and lower glue molds. This requires the operator to master and produce smooth and flat adhesive tape and glue.
4. Only two people are required to operate each sewing machine per shift. In case of wireless, one person is responsible for setting out, butt welding and connection, and the other person is responsible for the sewing and printing process. When the storage truck is full of materials, it shall be stopped immediately for replacement. After the machine is adjusted, it is not necessary to adjust, but the rubber formwork shall be cleaned frequently unless other varieties are replaced.
